Unleash Your Confidence. Elevate Your Soul
our studio
Group Classes
At Soul to Pole, we welcome all levels, from complete beginners to advanced polers. Each class lasts one hour and includes a warm-up to prepare your body and reduce the risk of injury, a main lesson with focused instruction tailored to your level, and a cool-down with gentle stretches to improve flexibility and aid recovery.
Private Lessons
We offer one-on-one and two-on-one private lessons, customized to your goals. Whether you want to refine techniques, learn choreography, or prefer individual attention, private lessons provide a personalized approach.
Open training & studio hire
Our studio is available for independent training outside of class times. To book, you’ll need to have attended a class with us before and provide proof of insurance. Open training is shared, while studio hire gives you the space to yourself.
Who we are
Welcome to Soul to Pole; we’re so glad you’ve found us! Soul to Pole is a vibrant and inclusive Pole Dance studio located in the heart of Gossops Green, Crawley, West Sussex. Founded in early 2019 by Aimee Ledger and Dawn Davies, Soul to Pole was born from a shared passion for pole dancing and a mutual love for rescue dogs. From that moment, we knew we were the perfect business partners! At Soul to Pole, we pride ourselves on creating a safe, fun, and welcoming community where everyone is encouraged to thrive—regardless of weight, gender, or fitness level. As an inclusive space, and with one of our co-founders being disabled, we understand the importance of tailoring our classes and private lessons to accommodate a variety of learning styles, abilities, and physical needs. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced poler, we can’t wait to welcome you to our supportive and empowering community!
