Train With Us at Soul to Pole

  • At Soul to Pole, we welcome all levels, from complete beginners to advanced polers.

Each class lasts one hour and includes a warm-up to prepare your body and reduce the risk of injury, a main lesson with focused instruction tailored to your level, and a cool-down with gentle stretches to improve flexibility and aid recovery.

Our studio has five poles, with a maximum of two students per pole, ensuring personalized attention and ample training time. Classes are open to individuals aged 16 and over.

  • All class bookings and payments are handled through our Bookwhen system. Each class includes a detailed description, so please read carefully to ensure you choose the right level.

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable.

  • Before your first class, you will receive a ParQ form to complete. Please allow enough time to fill this out so we can gather any necessary health and lifestyle information.

Bring plenty of water and ensure you have eaten beforehand to avoid feeling unwell, but try not to have a heavy meal just before class. Avoid using body butter, oils, or thick moisturisers on the day of your class. Pole-safe moisturisers such as Vaseline are acceptable.

For Heels Choreo or Fluid Beginnings classes, we recommend bringing kneepads and suitable pole heels. If you are unsure about footwear, feel free to contact us. Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing. You won’t need shorts for your first class, but in future classes, we recommend wearing shorts and a vest under warmer layers.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

  • We offer 1:1 and 2:1 private lessons, customised to your goals. Whether you want to refine techniques, learn choreography, or prefer individual attention, private lessons provide a personalised approach.

All private lessons are booked manually. If you’re unsure which instructor is best for your level or style, contact the studio for guidance. If you already have a preferred instructor, you can reach out to them directly to arrange your session.

  • You are welcome to train in our studio outside of class hours if you have previously attended our classes to ensure familiarity with the space. We can only accept bookings after seeing proof of insurance.
